Job Requirements:

  • 18 years or older

  • Must be a US Citizen or legal resident

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher education

  • Preferred minimum 1 year of customer service experience (not required)

  • Pass a 7 year background check

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a hard-wire connection from desktop/laptop to modem via ethernet cable for secure connection

Responsibilites:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support

  • Manage incoming calls or chats

  • Respond to customer inquiries

  • Follow up with clients as needed

  • Maintain product knowledge for high-quality customer service

  • Occasional administrative/technical support
