Job Requirements:
18 years or older
Must be a US Citizen or legal resident
High School Diploma/GED or higher education
Preferred minimum 1 year of customer service experience (not required)
Pass a 7 year background check
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely with a hard-wire connection from desktop/laptop to modem via ethernet cable for secure connection
Responsibilites:
Provide excellent customer service and support
Manage incoming calls or chats
Respond to customer inquiries
Follow up with clients as needed
Maintain product knowledge for high-quality customer service
Occasional administrative/technical support
